Red Taxi is a leading cab servicing platform that connects riders with professional drivers through our user- friendly mobile app and Call Center. Our business platform offers tailored solutions to streamline business travel, ensuring comfort, reliability, and efficiency for all business clients.

Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of Red Taxi's business services ("Services") by our business clients ("Business Client" or "you"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. These Terms outline the rights and responsibilities of both Red Taxi and the Business Client, ensuring a clear understanding of the service expectations, payment structures, and legal obligations.

By enrolling in Red Taxi - Business, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our Services. Red Taxi reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time with notice to our Business Clients. Continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes. We are committed to exceptional service and look forward to a successful partnership with your organization.

2. Definitions

For these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2.1. "Red Taxi" or "Company": Refers to the transportation service platform offering cab services via its mobile application, call center, website, and dedicated business portal.

2.2. "Business Client" or "you": Refers to any business entity or organization that has agreed with Red Taxi to use its business transportation services for business-related travel.

2.3. "Services":Refers to the transportation services provided by Red Taxi to Business Clients, including cab bookings, dedicated customer support, reporting, and other related services.

2.4. "Booking":Refers to the reservation of a Red Taxi cab by a Business Client or their authorized personnel through the Red Taxi platform.

2.5. "Driver":Refers to an individual contracted, employed, or affiliated with vendors by Red Taxi to operate a vehicle and provide transportation services.

2.6. "Vehicle":Refers to any type of car (Sedan, Mini, or SUV) provided by Red Taxi.

2.7. "User":Refers to any individual authorized by the Business Client to use Red Taxi's Services on behalf of the Business Client.

2.8. "Account":Refers to the Business account created by a Business Client on the Red Taxi platform.

2.9. "Fare":Refers to the monetary charge for Services, calculated based on distance, time, and applicable rates.

2.10. "Confidential Information":Refers to non-public information designated as confidential or reasonably understood as such.

2.11. "Agreement":Refers to the binding contract between Red Taxi and the Business Client.

3.Services Provided

3.1 Description

Red Taxi offers a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the transportation needs of Business Clients, including:

3.1.1 Cab Booking:

  • Easy booking via mobile app, website, or business portal
  • Scheduled and on-demand rides
  • Priority booking during peak hours.

3.1.2 Dedicated Support:

  • 24/7 customer support
  • Account managers for setup and customization
  • Special arrangements for high-priority events.

3.1.3 Reporting and Analytics:

  • Tools for tracking travel expenses and usage
  • Monthly and quarterly reports
  • Customized reports upon request.

3.1.4 Customized Solutions:

  • Tailored solutions for industries
  • Options for branded vehicles and exclusive fleets
  • Flexible billing and payment options.

3.1.5 Dedicated Support:

  • Regular vehicle maintenance
  • Background-checked and trained drivers
  • Adherence to local and national regulations.

3.2 Scope

3.2.1 Geographical Limitations:

  • Services are available only in locations where Red Taxi operates.

3.2.2 Service Availability:

  • Subject to weather, demand, and unforeseen events.

3.2.3 Vehicle Availability:

  • Certain vehicle types may have limited availability.

3.2.4 Payment Terms:

  • Additional services or customizations may incur extra charges.

3.2.5 User Conduct:

  • Misuse or misconduct may result in service suspension.

4.Booking Process

4.2 Cancellation

  • No charges for system-initiated or manual cancellations
  • Refunds provided for cancellations within the refund eligibility window

5.Pricing and Payment

6.2 Business Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate booking details
  • Adhere to payment terms
  • Report issues promptly

7.Liability and Insurance

7.1 Limitations

  • Red Taxi disclaims liability for indirect or consequential losses

7.2 Insurance

  • Vehicles are insured as per local laws, but passenger belongings are not covered.

8.Confidentiality

  • Red Taxi protects personal and business data per its Privacy Policy
  • Clients must ensure data accuracy and compliance with data protection laws.

9.Termination

  • Notice Period: 30 days
  • Outstanding Payments: To be cleared within 15 days of termination.

10.Dispute Resolution

  • Mediation: Conducted in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, within 30 day
  • Arbitration: Conducted as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India)
