When you, as a vendor, decide to enroll and attach your vehicle(s) to the RedTaxi platform, it’s important to fully understand the terms and conditions that govern this relationship. These terms ensure that both parties—RedTaxi and you as the vendor—are clear on expectations, responsibilities, and the legal framework within which you will operate. Here’s a comprehensive description of the terms and conditions typically involved in this process

3.Vendor Terms and Conditions Coverage
By accepting the Vendor terms and conditions, you also agree to follow the RedTaxi Policies and Agreement. These documents, along with these terms, make up the whole agreement between you and RedTaxi.
Additionally, for attachment and background checks, you agree that RedTaxi can collect, store, and share information from your Aadhaar and PAN card with Third Party Vendors or Government Authorities
4.Outline of Services
You understand and agree that RedTaxi only serves as a marketplace for managing and operating the Portal through its platform. According to RedTaxi's preferences, the portal assigns the trip to the driver, but RedTaxi is not responsible for the payment between the customer and the driver. The RedTaxi vendor app displayed trip information, including split up, taxes, and other details.
Driver login / logout, offline / online, Bid rejections and blocks, Document Expiry, Break, Last Trip, Reminder Meeting, Quality Management, Peak rejections, missed driver enrollment meetings, driver changes to another vendor, and driver number changes are all driver activities that will be notified to the vendor if they select the option in the application's settings menu.
However, by selecting the For hire option on the driver app, the driver is able to provide services to clients independently. If the driver provides services directly to clients, RedTaxi assumes no responsibility or obligation under the terms of these agreements. RedTaxi makes no warranties or representations about the quality of service provided by your driver.
5. Vendor Registration and Eligibility
5.1 Age and Legal Capacity:You must meet the minimum age requirement and have the ability to make legal agreements under the law.
5.2 Documentation: You must upload clear and valid documents for yourself and your vehicle(s). This includes your Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank passbook, vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, fitness certificate (FC), vehicle permit, and photos of your vehicle from the front, back, and top.
5.3 Compliance: Your vehicle must meet all required local and national laws. This covers rules about safety, how much pollution the vehicle can emit, and general operational guidelines to make sure it’s safe and legal to drive.

10. Intellectual Property
As a vendor on the RedTaxi platform, you are allowed to use RedTaxi's intellectual property, such as trademarks, branding materials and Software, only as needed for your services on the platform.
RedTaxi retains ownership of all its intellectual property, and its use is strictly limited to approved purposes. This helps protect RedTaxi's brand and ensures a consistent customer experience.

12. Termination and Suspension
The terms under which a vehicle owner's contract can be terminated or suspended, including any breaches of these terms, changes in business needs, failure to maintain standards, or legal issues that impact the partnership.
12.1 Breach of Terms: The agreement can be terminated by RedTaxi if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions, with specifics provided regarding notice and the opportunity to remedy any breaches.
12.2 Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your agreement with RedTaxi by completing the terms listed below.
If you have already sold your vehicle, you must provide written notice for the termination. Upon termination, you agree to immediately cease providing services through the RedTaxi platform.
13. Amendments to Terms
RedTaxi maintains the authority to adjust or update the terms and conditions of its agreement with you at any time. This is an essential aspect of their operational flexibility, allowing the company to respond effectively to new legal requirements, changes in market conditions, or shifts in business strategy.
14.Confidentiality
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, technology, or trade secrets provided by the Company.
This obligation of confidentiality continues even after the termination of your enrollment.
15.Mitigation of Legal Risks
You promise to cover and defend the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any problems that might come up because of how you use the service. If you break the rules or fail to follow the terms, you agree to take responsibility for any negative outcomes.
16.Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Motor Vehicle Act,1988. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
17. Acknowledgement
By enrolling as a Vendor in the RedTaxi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
The above mentioned terms and conditions of use and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the User(s) and Red Taxi with respect to access to and use of the web site and the Services offered by Red Taxi, superseding any prior written or oral agreements in relation to the same subject matter herein.
