- 4.1.6 Phone: This permission makes it simpler to obtain assistance or ask concerns regarding the booking or ride by enabling you to phone drivers or get in touch with customer service from within the app.

- 4.2.4 Contact: The "Contact Permission" for the driver app enables the functionality for SOS alerts. This feature allows drivers to quickly send emergency alerts to their designated contacts in case of any safety or urgent situations while on duty.
- 4.2.5 Display Over Other Apps: The "Display Over Other Apps" permission allows the app to show information or alerts on top of other apps while they're in use. This feature ensures that important updates, ride requests, or navigation instructions from the cab service are always visible, even when drivers are using other apps on their device.
- 4.2.6 Phone: Enabling the app access to the phone feature of the device with the "Phone" permission. Calling other users, reaching out to customer care, or accessing call logs for functions like going over previous conversations with users or calls pertaining to services may all require this permission.
- 4.2.7 Camera: This “camera” permission allows the drivers to use the camera to take photos of important documents, such as their Profile picture, driver's licence and Aadhaar Card, for verification purposes
- 4.2.8 Storage Access: This permission enables access to files and data stored on the device. Drivers need to upload their Aadhaar card and Driver’s Licence for an verification process
- 4.2.9 Do-Not-Disturb: With the "Do Not Disturb" permission, the taxi service app has the ability to control the notification settings on the device. Drivers must concentrate on the road while driving and not be distracted by obtrusive alerts. The app helps drivers focus on driving safely by controlling the "Do Not Disturb" mode, which minimizes or mutes alerts. This reduces distractions.
- 4.2.10 Ignore Battery Optimization: This permission ensures the taxi app runs smoothly in the background, even with battery-saving settings on. It prevents the app from being restricted or closed by the device's battery optimization. Since drivers need the app for navigation, ride requests, and passenger communication, this is essential for keeping the service uninterrupted.
- 4.2.11 Developer Option: Drivers should turn off the cab service application's "Developer Options" permission in their device settings. Despite the fact that these options are enabled, they may result in unforeseen problems with the program. It's best to keep the "Developer Options" permission deactivated to guarantee a stable and reliable application.
- 4.3.1 Camera: This “camera” permission allows the vendors to use the camera to take photos of important documents, such as their Pan card, Aadhaar card, vehicle information, and bank details for verification purposes.
- 4.3.2 Notifications: Sending notifications to vendors regarding payment details, cab status, peak hours, driver online/offline status, and other relevant information that would facilitate the smooth operation of the service required permission.

- 4.3.4 Storage Access: This permission allows the app to reach files and data stored on the user's device. For instance, vendors are required to upload crucial documents such as their Pan card, Aadhaar card, vehicle information, and bank details for verification purposes.
